Measuring Progress: Indicators
The Strategic Plan Indicators are intended to serve as broad standardized metrics by which we can use to measure our progress toward the Intended Outcomes and Goals annually.
They are not an assessment of any particular Supporting Strategy nor are they the full picture of the degree of impact our ongoing actions are having on Intended Outcomes. Further evidence of impact will be collected and reported on formally and informally throughout the year and disaggregated as needed.
Of the twenty-two indicators, eight have been identified as key indicators of our performance (KPIs=Key Performance Indicator).
In addition to these Indicators which reflect progress toward the Intended Outcomes and Goals of the Strategic Plan, there are likewise Intended Outcomes and targets associated with the more ambitious longer term Transformational Aspirations that are likewise updated annually.
